Battery Recycling

Commercial Battery Recycling

Universal waste regulated batteries contain lithium, cadmium, nickel, silver, mercury, and other toxic materials and when smelted during the recycling process, creates a valuable commodity for the stainless-steel market.  Batteries should be collected, recycled, and processed at fully permitted facilities—Hazmat, Inc operates several fully-permitted facilities across the country.
